Emits 5% UVB at 30cm.  Most diurnal reptiles require UV light for increasing appetite and activity, bringing out their colour and most importantly for the metabolism of calcium.  This range of reptile lighting has been independently tested and has been found to provide recommended levels of both UVA and UVB.  The 5.0 is suitable for nocturnal & temperate species.
