We use Australia post for most deliveries. In the event of larger items being delivered we will use a courier of our choice and quote you a price.

Delivery Guarantees and delivery times. We endeavour to pack and send your orders daily up to 3.00pm however we are closed Tuesdays so no orders will be sent that day. Delivery is done by separate identities therefore we cannot take any responsibility for delivery delays or any guarantees that they may offer.

Delivery speeds and general policies

  • Service speeds: Delivery times vary by service. For example, Parcel Post typically takes 2-6 business days within Australia, while Express Post is faster.
  • Not guarantees: Delivery timetables are not performance guarantees unless expressly stated.
  • Coverage: Australia Post delivers to all addresses within Australia.
  • Commercial buildings: For commercial/professional buildings, items are delivered to a staffed counter, a mailroom, or a staffed dock, with a maximum 5-minute driver wait time. Delayed or missing parcels 
  • Sender responsibility: If a parcel is delayed, the sender is the one who should raise an enquiry with Australia Post after 10 business days have passed since the expected delivery date.
  • Receiver actions: If you are the receiver, you should contact the sender to have them initiate the inquiry on your behalf.
  • Unsuccessful delivery: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and no contact is made, items may be returned to the sender after being held for up to 10 business days. 

Your rights

  • Consumer guarantees: You are protected under Australian Consumer Law for services paid for, including delivery within a reasonable timeframe or the specified timeframe. You may be entitled to a refund if a service is not delivered.
