Biotope PF2 Plant Fertiliser 250ml

Biotope PF2 Plant Fertiliser is a specialised plant fertiliser tailored to meet the high demands of a Co2 enriched planted aquarium. Biotope PF2’s user friendly formula contains a balanced bled of essential micro and macro elements, trace elements and other nutrients that are crucial for robust plant development.

CARBON DIOXIDE INJECTION – Increased concentrations of carbon dioxide increases photosynthesis,  which stimulates rapid plant growth. Biotope PF2 Plant Fertiliser’s specialised formula fertilises plants to accommodate the growth spurred on by the increased concentration of CO2.

NITROGEN, POTASSIUM, PHOSPHORUS AND IRON –  Biotope PF2 Plant Fertiliser contains Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus and Iron. All 4 of these elements are rapidly used when CO2 is injected into the water, however the demand on these elements can vary depending on other factors such as plant species, the mix of plants, rooted or propagated plants, amount of light, number of water changes, number of fish etc.

For increased levels of Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus and Iron, Biotope NPKFe plant supplement can be used in conjunction with Biotope PF2 Plant Fertiliser .
